- Photographs and product descriptions are provided for information only. Technical specifications prevail.
- BCUB3 reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time the cart is validated.
- The historical price chart displayed under each product sheet is informational — it reflects prices observed at our wholesale suppliers (Aliexpress, Amazon, Mouser) and does not constitute an offer.
Article 3 — Order
The order is validated upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent automatically. BCUB3 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any obviously fraudulent order.
Article 4 — Payment and VAT
Payment is collected by LemonSqueezy Ltd, Merchant of Record, which manages the collection and remittance of EU VAT (OSS scheme). The invoice is issued in the name of LemonSqueezy with the mention “sold on behalf of BCUB3”.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code art. L221-18 et seq.)
The consumer customer has a 14 calendar day period from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and complete.
Exceptions:
- BCUB3 training kits including a tutorial PDF downloaded or delivered by link lose the benefit of the right of withdrawal upon first access to the digital content (art. L221-28 13°). Explicit acceptance is requested at checkout.
- Products unsealed for hygiene reasons are not eligible (not applicable to the current catalogue).
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refund within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of shipment.
Article 7 — Legal conformity warranty and hidden defects
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years, art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). BCUB3 does not provide any additional commercial warranty in v1.

Technical questions, defects, returns: info@bcub3.com. Reply within 48 business hours.
Article 9 — Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. LemonSqueezy is a payment-processor subcontractor.
Amazon affiliate programme
Some purchase links on bcub3.com redirect to the Amazon.fr site (Amazon EU SARL, Luxembourg). BCUB3 participates in the Amazon Partners programme (Amazon Partners Club, identifier bcub3-21) and earns a commission on sales generated through these links. This commission does not increase the price paid by the customer. The sales contract is concluded directly between the buyer and Amazon.fr — BCUB3 is not involved in the transaction, the shipment, or the after-sales service of those products.
Article 10 — Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to the protective provisions of the Consumer Code for consumer buyers.
Version 2026-04-19 — draft v1, to be legally validated before shop opening.
