The problem isn't the ERP.

Whatever your ERP — SAP, Sage, Odoo or in-house MRP — production data is there. The challenge is to leverage it without rebuilding everything. BCUB3 plugs into the existing, extracts useful data, and deploys AI alongside, not in replacement.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which industrial ERPs are compatible with BCUB3?

BCUB3 integrates with SAP (S/4HANA, Business One), Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central, F&O), Cegid, Divalto Infinity, Odoo, Dassault Delmia, Epicor Kinetic, Infor M3 and others. An AI maturity evaluation is provided per ERP.

How does AI integrate with an existing ERP?

Three modes possible: read-only via REST, OData or SOAP API (reports, dashboards, predictions), bidirectional write (work order creation, parameter adjustment), or via a MES or middleware. The choice depends on IT system constraints and governance policy.

Do I need to change ERP to do AI?

No. AI is added on top of the existing IT system. The vast majority of use cases (predictive maintenance, quality control, demand forecasting) only need read access to ERP data. No migration imposed.

Which industrial protocols are supported?

OPC-UA, Modbus TCP/RTU, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, MQTT, REST. Direct read of Siemens (S7-1200, S7-1500), Schneider (M340), Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff PLCs. Edge gateway possible for legacy protocols or older PLCs without native network interface.

How to evaluate the AI maturity of my ERP?

BCUB3 provides an evaluation grid per ERP covering: API quality, data structure, history accessibility, access governance. The Data & AI Diagnostic includes this evaluation for your stack and identifies priority levers.

My ERP isn't on the list, what to do?

SQL base, CSV files, REST API, SOAP web services, flat files, scheduled exports, or in-house MRP: if your data exists somewhere, BCUB3 can connect to it. A framing call confirms integration feasibility.

Your ERP isn't on the list?

We adapt. That's our job.

SQL base, CSV files, REST API, SOAP web services, flat files — if your data exists, we connect it.
