Cellule charge 50kg + HX711 24bit ADC

Load cell 50kg + ADC 24-bit HX711 — idéal R&R MSA et tests force.

Technical analysis

The HX711 is the 24-bit ADC specialised for strain-gauge bridges: it amplifies and digitises the tiny signal (a few mV) from a load cell. With a 50 kg cell, it turns a microcontroller into a scale or a force sensor — hopper weighing, web tension, tightening control, thrust measurement on a bench.

Points to know: the useful signal is on the order of ±20 mV full scale (gain 128), therefore very sensitive to noise, temperature and mechanical mounting — taring and averaging are indispensable. The rate (10 or 80 samples/s) is slow: it is a quasi-static weighing sensor, not a fast-dynamics one. The ~1 mV/V output of a 50 kg cell depends on the exact model; it is a property of the cell, not of the ADC.
